Refunds

At Foundations for Divergent Minds, we strive to provide high-quality courses that serve your learning needs. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where the course does not meet your expectations. In such a case, we have the following refund policy in place:

You may request a refund for a course purchased through our platform up until the start of the course or within 14 days after the start of the course. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@divergentminds.org. Please include your order number, name, email address, and reason for the refund request. Once we receive a refund request, we will process it as soon as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and are returned via the original payment method.

When a refund is processed, access to the purchased course content will be revoked.
