You may request a refund for a course purchased through our platform up until the start of the course or within 14 days after the start of the course. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds.

Once we receive a refund request, we will process it as soon as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and are returned via the original payment method.

When a refund is processed, access to the purchased course content will be revoked.
